Mrs. Ruth M. Naugle, 81, of Burnt Cabins, died Monday evening, November 17, 1975, in the Fulton County Medical Center at McConnellsburg. She was born February 17, 1894, at Burnt Cabins, a daughter of the late John and Myrtle (Gallagher) Mumma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel R. Naugle in 1974.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Truax and Mrs. Naomi Carbaugh, both of Burnt Cabins and one son, Benjamin Naugle of Fannettsburg. There are seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Also, surviving are two brothers, Norman and Ira Mumma of Burnt Cabins and two sisters, Mrs. Irene Brown and Mrs. Beatrice Clevenger, both of Burnt Cabins.

She was a member of the Burnt Cabins United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. from the John J Kelso funeral home at McConnellsburg. The Rev. Russell Blanchard will officiate and interment will be made in the Burnt Cabins Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
