Chris Christofferson, 71, of 1308 N. Adams street, Peoria, a cement finisher, died at his home Saturday.
He was born in Denmark July 6, 1879 to Soren and Lucy Christofferson.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Fred List of Peoria and Mrs. Irene Green of East Peoria; one son Ray Christofferson of Peoria; one brother Frank Christofferson Clinton, Iowa; five sisters, Mrs. Margaret Soenne, Mrs. Hattie Hinebrook, Mrs. Lucy Pauli, Mrs. Kate Shepler, all of Clinton, Iowa, and Mrs. Anna Bush of Iowa City, Iowa; and five grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at the Wilton mortuary chapel and burial will be in Springdale cemetery.
