Young Mr. Murchison, of Davie County, Dies at Durham
A.K. Murchison, a student at Trinity College, who was taken ill during the recent commencement, died at Watts' Hospital this afternoon at 3:45 o'clock. Measles, followed by pneumonia, caused his death.
The remains left here on the night train for his home near Mocksville. The deceased was the son of a Methodist minister, was 21 years old and had completed his first year at Trinity. Prior to entering Trinity young Murchison was at Trinity Park School for two years.
