She was a former waitress and cook.
She was preceded in death by her son Danny Dale Adkins.
She is survived by her children, Terry Adkins of Rushville, Rush, Indiana/ Mark Adkins and Rajean Lynn Dunn both of Charlestown, Clark, Indiana and Brian Adkins and Deborah Louden both of Jeffersonville, Clark, Indiana and several grandchildren.
