PANGUITCH, Utah / St. GEORGE - Otis Delroy Doty, of St. George, Utah, died April 14, 1995, at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George.

He was born April 12, 1912, in Midvale, Utah, to William and Emma Jane Terry Doty. He married Ilda Fay Doty who preceded him in death. He married Edna Parrish Feb. 14, 1972, in Pamona, Calif.

He was involved in the construction business building homes and commercial buildings. They lived in Panguitch for 15 years and recently moved to St. George.

He is survived by his wife, Edna, of St. George; one son and one daughter, Terry Otis and Barbara Doty, Ontario, Calif., Deloris Jane and Lloyd Katz, Amhurst, Va.; step-daughter, Betty Jean and Lloyd James Hedstrom, Diamond Bar, Calif.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters Robert Doty, Roosevelt, Utah, Bertha Richins, Sandy Utah, and Wilma Thompson, St. George, Utah.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Fay, parents and two brothers, Everett and Veryl.

Graveside services and interment are Tuesday, April 18, 1995, at 1 p.m. in the Parowan Cemetery. Friends may call at the Parowan Third and Fourth Ward Chapel, 90 S. Main, on Tuesday from 12 to 12:45 p.m. FUneral Directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield, Utah.
