Second Lieutenant Bullough served with the
19th Combat Crew Training Squadron from
Pyote Army Airfield, Texas.

He was one of seven airmen killed in the line
of duty when B-17F Flying Fortress #42-5993
crashed, eight miles northeast of Bandera,
Texas, during a training flight.

[Died from injuries afterward at Kelly Army
Airfield, San Antonio, Texas].

2nd Lt. Lindsay L Tillman
Sgt. Frank J Burrell
