Pauline Davis Babb Boyd, 92, of Fayetteville, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2013 at Big Bend Hospice House in Tallahassee, Fla.
She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Vick Davis; her first husband, Julian Babb, the father of her children; her second husband, Al Boyd; and a brother, Jerry Davis.
She was a member of Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church, East Point, and was employed for more than 40 years by Arrow Shirt Company in the Atlanta area.
She is survived by 5 siblings and one sister-in-law, Mildred Swygert, Edward Davis, Inez White, Joyce Babb (William), Dean Davis (Joyce), and Harriett Davis Parham; her children , Jimmy Babb (Sandra), Deborah Northcutt (Mark), and Johnny Boyd (Pam); her grandchildren, Barry Babb (Jill), Brian Babb (Nikki), Katie Northcutt, Allison Wessels (Jeremy), and Lauren Miller (Jeff); 12 great grandchildren; and a special niece, Vicki Babb.
While we will miss her dearly, we rejoice that she is made whole and new. Visitation was Monday, August 5 from noon to 2 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell Funeral Home in Fayetteville with a service to follow in the chapel at 2 p.m.
