Raymond Vernon Covert, 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 while residing at Ridge Wind Assisted Living. Raymond passed away due to heart and lung complications. He was a former resident of Cotton Wood Cove Retirement Home. Raymond was also a World War II veteran.

The family is honoring Raymond's request to be cremated without services, and the family requests that no flowers be sent. Condolences may be sent to the family care of Wilks Funeral Home or online at www.wilksfuneralhome.com.
