Swedish patriarch. He was from the Kaj farm in Rågåker Village, and spent time in Waxholm north of Stockholm during his military service. There he learned brick making and, besides farming, became a producer and merchant in bricks and ceramic stoves, founding a business which is still in the first male line of his family today (2022) in Borlänge. He and his wife had five sons and one daughter, of which three of the sons started long-lasting family branches. In their old age they also took care of orphaned child relatives. His father's family has been celebrated in their native villages with big international family reunions since 1966.
