Martha married Kenneth McCoy. He joined the military entering Aviation Cadets and trained to be a bombardier in B-24s. He flew combat missions in Europe, became missing in action and was a prisoner of war in Romania. After Ken's liberation and the end of WWII they moved to Indianapolis where their second child Loryne joined her brother Ken Jr. Ken Sr. died in 1971.
Martha moved to Lake Wales and married Ashley Wright. They loved golfing together. Martha played bridge and read lots of books and supported cultural activity in Lake Wales. She was a strong supporter of the Public Library, the Lake Wales Arts Center and the Little Theatre.
Martha requested no funeral service or memorial. Her family will meet later to celebrate her life.
