The funeral of Edmund Bellinger, who died Monday morning at his home, 117 Burnet street, was held this afternoon from the residence, under the auspices of the Masonic fraternity and the Confederate Veterans, of which he was a member, and it was largely attended. Mr. Bellinger was a native of Gonzales, Texas, but had been a resident of San Antonio during the past twenty-four years. He is survived by three brothers, Lucius Bellinger of South Carolina, Eustace Bellinger of San Antonio and Canot Bellinger of Dallas, and the following children: Mrs. W. M. Swindell, Grand View, Texas; Mrs. F. B. Bennack, San Antonia; J. C. Bellinger, San Antonio; Oran R. Bellinger, Corpus Christi; Edmund Bellinger, Jr., Pine Bluff, Arkansas; William R. Bellinger, United States navy, Japan; Eugene M. Bellinger, Gorgona, Panama, and Eustace L. Bellinger, of Honolulu. Interment was made in the Alamo Masonic cemetery.
