He lived in Idaho for a time then 1899 he moved to Washington DC. For 16 years he worked at the Senate Office Building. He married in 1900 an Elizabeth T. and they had a daughter Betty C. Werner in 1901 who married Alfred Larabee about 1930. They had a son Norman Larabee born about 1931.
