Mrs. Curtis A. McKain

Mrs. Nannie A. McKain, wife of Curtis A. McKain, of Kittanning RD 3, died in Armstrong County Hospital Sunday, August 10, 1941 at 8:40 a.m., following a major operation. She is survived by her husband, one son, William, three daughters, Helen, Betty and Patty, all at home; her mother, Mrs. Anna Redinger of Putneyville; three brothers, Malcolm, Johnstown; Homer, Los Angeles, California; and Clair of Fairmount City; six sisters, Mrs. Fannie Prindle, Detroit, Michigan; Mrs. Mayme Reichard, Shippenville; Mrs. Verda Crisman, Mayport; Mrs. Dellah Schrecongost, Putneyville; Mrs. Gertrude Troup, Oakridge; and Mrs. Pearle Thompson, Putneyville. Funeral services will be conducted at the late residence Tuesday, August 12, at 2:30 p.m., by her pastor, Rev. William K. Morgan of the First Baptist church. Interment will take place in Davis cemetery.
