She is the Beloved wife of the late Wilhelm Mayer. Mother of Richard Mayer (Pamela), Gerda M. Jennings, Dagmar McKnight (Peter) and Erwin Mayer (Dawn). Grandmother of Andrea, Kristina, Stephanie, Steven, Peter Nicholas, Melinda, Melody and Melissa. Great grandmother of Brianna, Dylan, Christopher, Damon and Gabriel.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewings, Tuesday, October 9, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday, October 10, 2007 from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA. 19046. Her funeral mass took place Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia R. C. Church, 535 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111. A cemetery service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham Avenue, Cheltenham, PA 19038 followed the funeral mass. Religious services were conducted by St. Cecilia R. C. Church.
