Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Fred Porter officiating. Burial will follow in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5-9 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Adcock is survived by her husband, Curtis Adcock; children, Kathy (Jack) Jones and Margaret Johnson; sisters, Linda (Jerry) Reed and Sheila Mott; daughter-in-law, Donna Thomas; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Billy and Max Thomas; mother, Bertha Mae Adkins; father, Walter B. Adkins; brothers, James, Roy Lee, J.C., Junior Adkins, and Lewis Adkins; and sister, Joyce Rakestraw.
