Ada Louise Hagood passed peacefully into the arms of her heavenly father on July 26, 2015. Louise was born February 12, 1918 in Cross Plains, Texas, the daughter of Thomas Alvin Shipp & Nettie Annette Duncan. She moved to Plainview as a child and spent her formative years in Hale Center where she met and married Warner Hagood, moving to Lubbock in 1943. Most will remember Louise as a master seamstress, her long tenure at Margaret's and her dedication to Broadway Church of Christ.

Louise is survived by a son Bobby Hagood of Lubbock; a daughter Beverly Holmes & her husband Bob of Dallas; a daughter Karen Justice of Lubbock; and daughter-in-law Tonya Hagood of Dallas; grandchildren, Robert, Kim & Mike Holmes; David & Christy Hagood; Ellen & Clayton Hagood and Jake Justice; 11 great grandchildren; and her brothers, Wayne Shipp of Vancouver, Washington
and Winfrey Shipp of Plainview.

Louise was predeceased by her husband, Warner; son, Ronnie Hagood; sister, Irene Powell; and brother, Bill Shipp.
