Mrs. Hazel B. McAfoose, 79, of Templeton, died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, October 21, 1972 in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning, where she was a patient for the past nine days. A life-time Templeton area resident, she was a member of the Church of God here. Born November 21, 1892 in Boggs Township, she was a daughter of John D. and Rececca(Lewis) Cochran. Surviving are her husband, Jacob McAfoose, Templeton; a son Donald Fox, Templeton; four grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Bauer Funeral home, Kittanning. Viewing will also be from 2-3 p.m Tuesday at the Church of God, where service will be conducted by her pastor, Rev. C. Richard Main. Burial will be in Cochran Cemetery.
