Alice H. Wheaton of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Abington Memorial Hospital. She was 86 years old. Alice was born August 21, 1922 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late John F. Hanna and the late Helen Hanna (nee - Marshall).
She is the beloved wife of the late Harry L. Wheaton. Mother of Virginia and her husband Robert J. Brogan. Grandmother of Lee and her husband John Sheppleman and Christine and her husband Lacy McLaughlin. Greatgrandmother of John and Danielle Sheppleman, Bryanna Coralluzzo, Brandon, Aryanna, Candice and Dominic McLaughlin. Sister of the late Helen Monteith
Born, raised and educated in Philadelphia, Alice graduated from Olney High School. She was a member of Lambda Delta Sorority and was President in 1955. Alice was an avid golfer and loved playing cards with her friends, she retired from Litt Brothers in Plymouth Meeting where she was a Department Manager.

A cemetery service at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Prospectville, PA 19002 followed the Funeral Mass.
