Survivors: Wife, Karen Barnett; Children, Miranda Nikki Barnett, Hunter Barnett, all of Tellico Plains; Brother, David Merrill, of Sweetwater; Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jeff and Billie Haynes, Sharon and Clark Goforth, all of Vonore, Amy and Michael Yates, of Decatur; Mother-in-law, Granny Haynes, of Vonore; Several nieces and nephews. Interment 1:00 P.M., Friday, Center Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home, 12:00 P.M. Friday, to line up and go in procession to the cemetery.
