Miss Collins, 84 Called In Death

Funeral Friday Miss Lola A. Collins, 84, died at 4:15 p. m. Wednesday at her home, 813 Cedar street, after an extended illness.

The daughter of David Harris Collins and Sarah Denham Collins, she was born Sept., 28, 1857, in Muscatine county and had been a resident of Muscatine county all of her life.

She was a member of the Presbyterian church and of Miriam Robe-kali lodge. She was a retired housekeeper.

Surviving are a brother, J. H. Collins of Letts; a sister, Stella Hart, Muscatine, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at the home at Cedar street with Dr. Henry J. C. Schneider, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, officiating. The body has been returned to the home on Cedar street.

Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery under the direction of the Fairbanks Home for Funerals.
