OBITUARY
Kathleen Springer Brown born Jan. 12, 1919 in Westfield, PA and predeceased by her parents, Porter and Eliza Nudd Springer of Westfield, PA. and her daughter, Linda Lee (Brown) Gillies of Largo, FL.
Her mother was born in Troupsburg, Steuben, NY on 14 Mar 1896 the daughter of Samuel Nudd 1856-1924 and Jessie Mary Card Nudd 1875-1934 - AND- passed away in 1975 in Wellsboro, Tioga, PA.
Kathleen lived most years of her life as a career bank administrator for Marine Midland and Security Trust Banks. She was a proud member of The Eastern Star Organization and wore her ring proudly. After spending the last few years residing at The St. John's Nursing Home in Rochester, NY.,she passed peacefully on September 17, 2014 at the age of 95 years.
Survived by her son, Barry R. Brown, Rochester, NY [d. April 13, 2015];
Grandchildren are: Barry (Steve) and Michele Brown, Fort Myers, FL; Michael and Candace Brown, Rochester, NY; Paul and Paula Gillies, Woodstock CT.; Robin and Daniel Tyl, Brooklyn CT; Jennifer and Jeffrey Holda, Canterbury, CT.
Great- grandchildren are: Kristin, Vicki, Cassandra, Michael, Michaela, Sean and Lindsey.
Great-great grandchildren are Kaden and Maddison.
The family will hold a graveside Memorial service on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 3 PM in Woodlawn
