Died Sunday, Nov. 5, 1989, at her residence. She was 30, a native and resident of Baton Rouge. She was a licensed beautician. Visiting at Winnfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, 7221 Plank Road, 1 p.m. until religious services at 8 p.m Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Andrew Gibson. Dismissal at 11 a.m. Friday. Burial in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by husband, Norman Izzard; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Silas Hogan Sr., Baton Rouge; a daughter, Angela J. Izzard; and a son, Angelo R. Izzard, both of Baton Rouge; five sisters; three brothers; a godbrother; and two godchildren. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and Senior Choir.
