Anna Josephine, daughter of Newton and Josephine Huston Lane was born in Lee township near Booneville, Madison County, May 26, 1893. She passed away at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines Feb. 22nd 1970 at the age of 76 years from a heart ailment.

Interment was in the Booneville Cemetery.

On Jan. 10th 1917 she was united in marriage to Guy E. Jamison. She had lived near Waukee for the past 35 years.

Surviving are four sons, Dale of Waukee, Dwight of Ames, Darrell Dean of Colo and Marvin of Grimes; four daughters, Marjorie Shepherd of Grimes, Madaline Banks of Seattle, Washington, Beverly Cadwell of Dallas Center and Janie Willemsen of Lockport, Illinois; 22 grandchildren; one brother, Roy Lane of Grand Junction.
