Chester Dale Aiken, 93, passed to eternal life on December 31, 2015. He was born
September 22, 1922 to Charles Henry Aiken and Mary Goodmanson Aiken in Castle Dale, Utah and was the twelfth of thirteen children.

He joined the Army and fought in the Pacific during World War II in the battles of Saipan and
Leyte. He spent most of his professional life as a Postal Worker in Utah and Arizona, finally retiring at 81. He enjoyed golf into his eighties and he was a great AZ Diamondbacks fan. He was predeceased by his wife of 72 years, Nadine Lloyd Aiken and his daughter Sherry Scoggins. He is survived by daughters Suzan Barker (Kent) and Paulette Aiken. He has six grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 9, 2016, at 12:00PM at Probst Family Funeral Home, 79 E. Main St., Midway, Utah. A viewing will be held on the same day from 11-11:45AM prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Midway City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers consider The Wounded Warrior Project (800-684-8933) or Hospice of the Valley.
