She was born August 28, 1929 in Harrison Co., KY, a daughter of the late Roy Batson and Ella Corean Whalin Whalen.
Pat was a homemaker, loved cooking, was an avid UK fan, member of the Ruritan Scott Co., and was a member of Leesburg Christian Church.
Her husband Donald Ross Hill and 2 sisters, Bebe Hughes and Hazel Leach preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sons, William Batson Hill, David Lane (Linda) Hill and Patrick Whalen( Sharon) Hill, 2 daughters Starla Renee Hill, Jessica Corean Dawahare, grandchildren, William Martin Hill, Isla Ross Dawahare, Rebecca Corean Hill, David Corey Hill, John Whalen Hill, Nicholas Morgan Hill, Elizabeth Lewis Collins, Harley Rassmussen, great grandchildren, Weston Morgan Hill, Amy Jane Hill, Conner Whalen Hill, Lily Grace Martin, Kamryn Nicole Hill, Carter James Hill, extended family, Mike, Jon and Jimmy Welch, and Shannon Collins, special friends Elizabeth "Jimmie" Herrington and Gertrude Landrey.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday January 7, 2016 at the Drake -Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Sammy Harris. Burial will follow the service in the Battle Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Harrison County Humane Society.
