Ruth Boucher Ruth M. Boucher, 89, of 230 S. Bureau St., Ladd died at 9:15 p.m.
March 18, 2003, in Heartland Healthcare Center, Henry.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Benedict's Catholic Church, Ladd,
with the Rev. Harold Datzman officiating. Burial will be at Valley Memorial
Park, Spring Valley.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10 a.m. Saturday in Hurst Funeral
Home, Ladd, with a rosary with be recited at 4:45 p.m.
Mrs. Boucher was born in Hennepin on Dec. 9, 1913, to John and Lena
(Schweickert) Kunkel. She married Harlie W. Boucher on March 4, 1931.
She was retired from Electric Utilities Co. in La Salle. She was a member of St.
Benedict's Catholic Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Betty (William) Miller of Clearwater, Fla.; two
sons, Richard Boucher of Hollowayville and Gary (Annette) Boucher of Peoria; 13
grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on July 5, 1980; and one son, Harlie
Boucher Jr.
