Paul A. Eveslage
Paul A. Eveslage, 86, Palmyra, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born Nov. 14, 1929, in Floyds Knobs, he was the son of the late Edward J. and Esther Hessing Eveslage.
He was a member of Palmyra United Methodist Church, was an Army veteran, worked at Eveslage Dairy, was owner-operator of Eveslage Feed Mill Inc., drove a semi for Container Port & BBT and was a member of the Palmyra Town Council.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Gabrielle and Bobbi Jo Eveslage, and three brothers, William, Richard and Robert Eveslage.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, the former Georgia Rudolph; five children, Peggy Davis-McDaniel and Gary and Kenny Eveslage, all of Palmyra, Dennis Eveslage of Spring, Texas, and Melissa Khorsheed of Cypress, Texas; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, Dec. 30, from noon to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 31, after 10 a.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
Funeral: Thursday, Dec. 31, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Palmyra Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Palmyra United Methodist Church, 13855 N. Martin Mathis Road NE, Palmyra, IN 47164.
