Leonard "Lenny" Dufour, age 74 of Vernon, completed his work on earth on December 22,2015 at Manchester Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family, and went to be with the love of his life Carol in Heaven.

He is survived by his daughters: Tracy and her husband Arthur, and Candy and her husband Ed; his grandchildren: Jessica, Robert, Travis, and Amber; his great-grandchildren: Danny, River, Jacob, Nathan, and Crystal; along with his brother, sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

Lenny was born in Eagle Lake, Maine to the late Leonard and Anna Dufour. After graduating high school, he joined the U.S. Army and received his honorable discharge in April 1966.

A funeral is scheduled for 11 am on Jan 16, 2016 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Vernon, with interment into the Memorial Garden and a reception to follow. The Reverend Virginia Army will officiate.

All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lenny's life.
