MANCIE BENTLEY, 63 of Garth, died last Thursday, February 20th at Our Lady of the Way Hospital following a long illness. He was born June 22, 1922 in Floyd County, KY, a son of the late Fair and Ethel Click Bentley. A retired miner he was a member of the UMAW and was an Army veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his stepmother, Maxie Bentley of Banner, his wife Thelma Osborne Bentley; two sons, Terry David Bently of Printer, Mancie Dwayne Bentley of martin, two daughters, Dianna Hale of Martin and Mary England of Price, eight brothers and eight sisters. Burial was made at Davidson Memorial Gardens at Ivel.
