Miss MOLLIE KEHNE, who had been suffering from consumption for the several past months, peacefully died on Friday night, July 15. In losing her we have parted with a very dear friend whose kindness and sweetness of manner had won her a wide circle of friends who sorrowfully bear the thoughts of her suffering and death.
The deceased was a resident of Alberton and had come to the home of her father about one year ago, on account of bad health, where she remained until her death. Her age was 25 years, 5 months and a few days.
The funeral took place Sunday at 2 o'clock p.m., from the residence of her father. The pall bearers were Samuel Staley, Jos. Thomas, Jacob Fulmer, Wm. Riddlemoser, W.C. Kaufman and Geo. Smith. F. Schroeder was the funeral director. Interment took place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
