Mrs. SOPHIA KEHNE, wife of Augustus Kehne, died at her home, near Shookstown, this morning of paralysis, aged 75 years, 11 months and 1 day. She was formerly of this city and in her early years was a faithful member of the Evangelical Lutheran church. She has been a sufferer from paralysis for some time, and received a fatal stroke on Saturday last. During her illness she bore her sufferings with Christian fortitude.
She is survived by her husband and five children: Mrs. W. Kaufman, Braddock; Mrs. Samuel Staley, Rocky Springs; and Messrs. C.A. Kehne, Quitman S. Kehne and H.C. Kehne.
Services were held at the house and interment was made in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
