Provost Edward Maxwell, who bore rule in 1774-1775, age not given, his wife Charlotte Blair (NO DATES for her) and 3 of their children, one of whom Major Bryce Maxwell, of the 8th Foot Regiment, fell fighting gallantly in Martinique, when the island was taken by the British from the French in 1809.
