Teresa Sarabia Juarez, a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas, reunited with her husband of fifty years, Jesus Juarez, stepsons Arturo and Armando Juarez on August 7, 2014; and brothers, Jose Sarabia, Raymundo Sarabia, Timoteo Sarabia, Andres Sarabia, and sister, Christina Medina. Survived by her daughters Cruz Trejo, Norma Duran (Sonny), and Martha Juarez; brothers, Faustino Sarabia, Jesus Patricio Sarabia, Gonzalo Sarabia, Antonio Sarabia and Frank Sarabia; sisters, Maria Salcido, Bertha Sarabia, Angelina Rivers, Virginia Whigham, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. "Granny" as she was known to all, was the matriarch of the Sarabia family. She dearly loved cooking, sewing and having her family at her home. The family wishes to thank Dr. Jesus Gomez and his staff at Envision Hospice, especially her nurses, Sylvia, Jesus Sandoval and Laura Sapien, for their important role and excellent care in keeping Granny comfortable during her final days. Visitation will be at 6:00 pm with a vigil at 7:00 pm at Santa Teresita Church, 3401 Zapal Ave. Funeral Mass will be at Santa Teresita Church on August 12, 2014 at 10 am., followed by interment at Restlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Kalnas, J.P. Sarabia, Gerardo Salcido, Frank Sarabia, Santiago Carrillo, and Adam Herrera. Honorary pallbearers, Faustino Sarabia, Jesus Patricio Sarabia, Gonzalo Sarabia, and Xander Carmona.
