Carol was born November 26, 1932 in Ogden, Utah a daughter of Mary Eckersall Darley and Renaldo Earl Harper.
She was a descendent of the original Harpers of Harper Ward.
She met Dean C. Jensen while working at the Salt Lake Country Club; they were married in the Logan Temple on August 1, 1955. He died on December 28, 1975.
She later married Howard Larsen on April 13, 1982 in the Logan Temple on April 13, 1982. He died on October 8, 2006.
Carol held many church callings such as Relief Society President, Primary President and many others. She and Howard served a Mission in the Mesa Temple.
Her greatest joy in life was her family and their attending church together. Families are forever was not just a phrase but a way of life. Later in life she developed a passion for painting and distributed many paintings among her family to brighten their lives.
Surviving are her children: Noel (Ann Marie) Jensen, Julie (Neal) Korth, Kent (Jill) Jensen, Bruce Jensen, Linda (Daniel) Suliafu, Karen (Paul) Velasquez, Paul (Jill) Jensen, Jared (Rebecca) Jensen, step-children: Chris, Randy, Ryan, Rick, Julie, 19 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren and many step grandchildren. Also siblings: Reid (Ruth), Leslie (Doris), Robert (JoAnn), L. Ray (Alice) Harper.
Preceded in death by parents, husbands, siblings: Flamm (Dee), Craig, Glenn, Thomas Harper and Carma Waterman and grandson Christopher.
