Died, Friday, Feb. 28th, in New York, Mrs. Lucy Thompson Lovejoy, wife of O.G. Lovejoy of this city. The remains reached this city Monday and the funeral was from the Lovejoy home Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Lovejoy had gone to New York only a fortnight before to visit her brother, Mr. J.A. Thompson. She was prostrated only three days after arriving and passed away after an illness of two weeks.
