Mrs. Vern (Daisy Mae) Warren, 66, of 2116 W. Garden, died yesterday at Mahoney Nursing Home.
The former Daisy Weaver was born in Decatur Aug. 22, 1904. She was married here to Mr. Warren in Lacon in 1950. He died here Feb. 14, 1962.
Mrs. Warren last worked 18 months ago at Mahoney Nursing Home, where she was head cook.
Surviving are one son, Richard Gilbert of East Peoria; three daughters, Mrs. William (Phyllis) Anderson of Peoria and Mrs. Edward (Donna) Lambert and Mrs. George (Frances) Foley, both of Albuquerque, N.M.
One son, Philip Evans, was killed in action while serving in Korea, and two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
