Duckett was born March 24, 1932, the son of Steven and Mae (Parker) Poor in the community of Qualls, Cherokee County OK. He died in Tahlequah on December 6, 2015.
He has been preceded in death by his parents and a son Don Poor. Surviving him are his wife, Elizabeth; two daughters, a son, 10 grand children, and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday Dec. 11th from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
