Elmer N. Lambert, 75, of Brookhaven died May 16 at Kings Daughter Hospital, Brookhaven. Services were helo May 18 at Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church with burial in the church cemetery. The Reverend S. Oliver Self, Jerry Curtis, and Gordon Dickerson officiated. Hartman-Henderson Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Mr. Lambert was born in Monticello and was the son of the late Poley and Levela Mason Lambert. He was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include: his wife, Lillie Bell Lambert of Brookhaven; sons, Donald K. Lambert of Brookhaven and Connie J. Lambert of Osyka; foster sons, Ray Walker and Jesse Walker of Brookhaven; daughters, Bonnie Beeson of Orange Park, Florida, Nonnie Crawford of Laurel, and Donnis Hoomes of Bookhaven; brothers: Dennis Lambert of Jackson, Eldredge Lambert of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Duel Lambert of Columbia, and Pat Williamson of Monticello; and ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
