Albert Raifsnider, 87, of Godley passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 in Godley. He was born May 19, 1928 in Acton to Rush and Allie Tribble Raifsnider. He married Betty Turner on February 19, 1954 in Cleburne and she preceded him in death on June 21, 2011.

He served in the United States Army. He was a farmer who loved life and farming. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Godley.

Survivors include his children, ten grand children; four great grand children; sisters, Mary Poole, Dorothy Rogers, Lula Mae Prickell and Virginia Brown; brother, F. M. Raifsnider and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife and his parents.

Service will be conducted Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in the Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Godley Cemetery.
