Don was a 1951 graduate of Lebanon High School. He worked for Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr. Pepper Bottling Company for forty-seven years starting in Lebanon, Mo. In his retirement, he worked maintenance at South Haven Baptist Church, where he retired in August due to his health. He also served as Deacon for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Thomas, Virgil, and Wilbert Miller; two sisters, Alma Adams and Wilda Rogers; and two siblings in infancy.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; one son, Joe Miller and wife Laurie; two daughters, Teresa Foster and husband Gene, and Cindy Doss and husband Blaine; one brother, Larry Miller and wife Verna Rae; two sisters, Faye Dean Barnett, and Janie West and husband Larry; sisters-in-law, Jean Miller and Elsie Miller; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
