She had lived in New Castle since 1933. She was born in Wooten, Kentucky.
She is survived by her husband, William; two daughters and two sons; two brothers, Richard and Mitchell; two sisters, Kate and Minnie.
Funeral services were held April 28 with burial in the South Mound cemetery.
