RETIRED STOCKMAN DIED LAST NIGHT

Funeral services are to be held at 4 p.m. today for Leo Comer, 83, retired stockman, who died at 11:50 p.m. Wednesday in the Sweetwater hospital. Ted Norton of Sterling is to officiate. Burial is to be in the city cemetery under the direction of Yates Funeral Home.

Besides his widow, he was survived by one son, Sumner of Lockney; four daughters, Mrs. E. F. Gough of Waxahachie, Mrs. W. R. Kindred of Hale Center, Mrs. R. L. Derrick of Mullins, and Miss Adrienna Comer of this city; and one brother, R. W. Comer of Nashville, Tenn.

Mr. Comer had been a resident of Sweetwater for 18 years and of Texas since 1892. He retired from the farm several years ago and moved to the city, making his home at 716 Lamar Street.
