She was a member of the Church of Christ and was married to William Edward Price Jr (1920–1996), the son of William Edward Price Sr (1886-1941) and Hazel Frances (Briggs) Price (1894–1950).
A one-time resident of Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, Alice had lived in Franklin, Virginia for her last six years under her daughter's care. She was 94 years old when she died November 9, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, infant son Robert Wayne Price, brothers Howard Chapman, Bernard Chapman and Dr Charles Chapman, and by her sisters Allene (Chapman) Osment and Betty (Chapman) Roberts. Survivors included a married daughter, three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a step-granddaughter and a married brother.
Funeral Services were held at the chapel of Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home in Nashville, and burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
