Clifford Aldrich
Funeral services for Clifford Aldrich, towerman for the Troy Union railroad, who died Sunday night in the Troy hospital after he was found lying on the sidewalk near his tower on Sixth avenue, Troy, N.Y., were held this afternoon at the home of his mother, Mrs. Carrie Aldrich in Bennington, Vt. Death was caused by injuries received in a fall from the tower.
A former resident of Bennington, Mr. Aldrich was graduated from Bliss Business college in this city. Before going to Troy he was a clerk in the office of the Boston & Maine railroad at Rotterdam Junction, N.Y.
Survivors include his mother, three sisters, Mrs. Harold Hewitt and Miss Ruth Aldrich of Bennington and Mrs. Green Brimmer of Pownal, Vt. and several nieces and nephews.
