Born in Providence and raised in Bristol, he was a son of the late Manuel and Emily (Francis) Rodrigues.
John served in the RI Army National Guard for several years. He was a self-employed Quahoger for many years. He is survived by two brothers, Manuel Rodrigues of Orange City, FL and Thomas Rodrigues of Nashua, NH, two sisters, Eileen Rodrigues of Bristol and Barbara A. Rodrigues, Warren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Rodrigues.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM in the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood Street, Bristol. Funeral services and burial will be private.
