Honey Grove - Funeral services for Sam H. Morgan, 62, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, 1995, in Forest Hill United Methodist Church. with the Rev. Dan Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery under the direction of Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home of Honey Grove. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home. Mr. Morgan died Wednesday, Sep. 27, in Middlebury, IN, where he had moved from Texas 18 years ago. He was a retired warehouseman for Abitibi Company in Middlebury. He was the son of Charley Morgan and Florence Basinger Morgan. He married Ellawease Cullum, Jan. 18, 1959. Survivors include his wife of Middlebury; three sisters, Charlene May of Columbus, LA, Lucille Williams of Dubberly, LA and Diane Lyle of Minden, LA; and four brothers, Ernest Morgan of Greta, LA, Frank Morgan of Minden, LA, David Morgan of Minden and Fred Morgan of Denton.
