Luis N. DeLarranaga was married to Lelah E. Millineaux in Champaign County Illinois on January 11, 1900. Lelah and Louis were actors. Lelah's mother was a music teacher. Luis DeLarranga was born in Charleston South Carolina. He moved to N.Y. in 1860 after his father V.A. DeLarranaga Her Catholic Majesty's ( meaning Spain) Consul to the Statesof North and South Carolina, had passed away. He lived in the Waldorf Astoria with his Mother and his brothers and sister. There was a story told by Isabella, the youngest, that the boys, Luis, Fernando and Alonzo hung a chicken by a string over the stair railings in the Woldorf Astoria! What excitement! To my knowledge, Luis and Lelah had no children.
