Death Summons George E. Douthitt
George E. Douthitt, 73 years of age, died at the residence in Carlisle Saturday, July 3. He was a lifelong resident of Jefferson Township and had lived in Carlisle the past thirteen years. He was a member of the Indian Prairie Baptist Church and of the Carlisle Lodge No. 3 F. & A.M.
He is survived by the widow, Aimee, and several nieces and nephews.
The body was taken to the Risinger and Kresge Funeral Home in Carlisle. Funeral services were held Monday in the Christian Church with burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carlisle.
