AMBER LEE SCIPPER, 77, of Southaven, formerly of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Friday at her home. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. She was a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church. Mrs. Scipper, the widow of Albert Lee Scipper, leaves a daughter, Evelyn Scipper, and a son, Albert Lee Scipper Jr., both of Southaven; a sister, Willie Bowers of Winona, Miss., three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
