FULTON – Marvin Brazile, 79, died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2005, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born May 3, 1926, in Itawamba County to the late Josh S. and Annie Crawley Brazile. He was a factory worker and a U. S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a Baptist.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Senter Funeral Home with Mike Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Sandy Springs Cemetery.

Survivors include three daughters, Sally Bates and husband, Bobby, of Red Bay, Ala., Lori Greffey and husband, Joe, of Golden, and Cathy Brasel and husband, Steve, of Fulton; four sons, Gary Brazile and wife, Rose, of Montreal, Mo., Jerry Brazile and wife, Dianne, of Fulton, Richard Brazile and wife, Anita, of Twin Lakes, Wis., and Joseph Brazile and wife, Cathy, of Belmont; two sisters, Thelma Lloyd of Fulton and Morine Barrett of Antioch, Ill.; a brother, Belton Brazile of Fulton; 20 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lizzie Brazile, in 1990; two sisters, Jimmie West and Faye Jones; and a grandson, Eddie Morrison.

Pallbearers will be Paul Underwood, Michael Morrison Jr., Tommy Bates, Greg Bates, Freddie Jones and Tony Brazile.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Morrison, Eric Bates and Danny Wood.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 7 a.m. to service time Thursday.
